Theres not a lot for me to say about this panini other than its frickin awesome. A 30+ year old family owned Italian deli serving a sandwich that Joey Tribianni would dive for even though its not a meatball sub! The thickness of the chicken cutlets, the quality of the pesto, and the girth of the mozzarella flavored with roasted peppers and extra virgin olive oil, Muah! The only addition I would throw in is a pickled pepperoncini pepper from an authentic Italian restaurant like Olive Garden. Tony Soprano don’t kill me!
