Open up a canned hoppy IPA and serin wrap it and leave it in the fridge for a while. Now take it out and bring out a highball glass and put a half and half concoction of the IPA and orange soda. Now you have the “Voodoo Ranger Sweet Ride Juicy IPA”. But is this an IPA? Since I am Indian, I have the authority to talk about India Pale Ales. And I say absu-fucking-lutely. What a smooth ride on a Friday night under the lights, on the deck, with your dog by your side. The game changing factor about this IPA is the lotus hops. The hops that is used for “orange creamsicles” and not masking the flavor of the Sabro, Strata, and HBC 522 hops. If your argument is that this is more of a cider then it is an IPA, I wouldn’t push back. But all I know is this should be a staple in your collection.
